The alloy wheel displayed shows the wrong amount of stud holes for my vehicle

The image shown on the website is provided by the manufacturer and is for representation only. You will receive the correct alloy wheel with adequate no. of studs and a proper fitting kit as well.

Can I Get different size wheels and tyres fitted than standard?

Yes, a majority of people who buy wheels refer to this practice. If you buy alloy wheels from Elite Wheels & Tyres, our experts will ensure proper rolling radius for your car, so the speedometer and steering remains intact.

Do I need to use my current nuts and kit for fitting new wheels and tyres?

No, Elite Wheels provide a free fitting kit with every order with all the required tools and equipment that you need to fit your car’s wheels and tyres.

Can I order additional locking wheel nuts for my wheels?

Yes, once you add your desired wheels to the cart, you will be presented with an option to add extra wheel accessories to your order. We supply locking wheel nut for an additional 10 pounds/wheel.

Does Elite Wheels & Tyres supply any other tyres than listed on the website?

Yes, we can supply the tyre of your choice even if it’s not listed on the website. Call our sales team at 0118 950 4100 for quotations. 

Are the tyres listed on the website in stock?

Yes, the tyres listed are always in stock.

Will the wheels and tyres come fully inflated, fitted and balanced?

Yes, all tyres are provided completely fitted, inflated and balanced. All you have to do after accepting them is jolt them straight on the vehicle with the fitting pack provided. You could do this without anyone's help or take them round to your neighbourhood garage and have them fitted for a little charge.

Is the tyre size shown correctly for my car?

In the majority of cases, yes. We check our tyre size information against a few suppliers to guarantee that we show the right size for your vehicle. In case, you'd like to replace the tyre size by any means, you can do this by choosing another tyre from remaining wheels and tyre package.

Can I Order winter tyres?

Yes, our winter tyres are made of excellent rubber quality that can support your vehicle even at temperatures below 7 degrees Celsius. Scroll through the tyre and wheel packages to order winter tyres for your vehicle.

Will I get a tracking no. with my order?

Indeed, when your order is dispatched, we will email you the tracking number with a tracking link. You can follow your request on the web or by ringing the delivery organisation on the telephone number provided by us. Additionally, you can also call us, and we will follow the request for you.

When can I expect my delivery?

Delivery is attempted between 8 am to 6 pm. In case you need a specific delivery time, contact us.

Are my shipped items insured against damage?

Yes, the items shipped are insured for damage. In case you receive any damaged goods, we will replace it and claim it from the courier company ourselves.
