Returns/Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your item(s). Items must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition to qualify for a return.

To initiate a return, please contact our sales team at info@elitewheels.co.uk. Be sure to include your invoice number. We can then arrange collection which will incur a returns charge which we will inform you of.

Please note that all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee which covers the cost of inspecting and restocking the goods.

Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund within 14 days for the goods only - delivery charges are not refundable - minus the 10% restocking fee and returns charge which will be issued to the original method used.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@elitewheels.co.uk so we can resolve the issue. We may be able to offer a full refund or exchange at no additional cost.
