Incredible experience from start to finish. The whole team at Elite Wheels were great and went above and beyond to get my car sorted for me. Right at the end of my first alignment session they discovered a part needed replacing before the job could be completed so they sent me away with the exact parts id need replaced. They then booked me in for a second appointment nice & quick. Charged me nothing for the incomplete alignment even though they'd spent time working on it. Got the part replaced, went back today and they finished the job. Honest & very hard working. I dealt with Jamie and it was a pleasure. Appreciate it.

Really pleased with my 17" Black Rhino Warlord alloys fitted with Falken Wildpeak Trial tyres. My van has no TPMS and the guys sourced and sold me a really good retrofit kit that is working really well. Big thanks to Charlie and Jamie for their excellent advice and patience answering all my questions! I live just south of Glasgow and the whole process of ordering and delivery (ahead of schedule) went like clockwork! Many thanks and 5 stars well deserved!
Great communication, keen prices and really helpful. I called back over the following weeks for help and advice on the centre caps. Again couldn't be more helpful and even sent me circlips and a couple of extra caps as I'd messed one up with decals.

Absolutely brilliant expert advice and service from Charlie and the team here yesterday helping me select and fit wheels and tyres to my VW T6. Went in with an idea in mind and so much choice to consider. Ever so patient and helpful trying many different options next to the van to see which suited the best, even putting a tyre on a couple of final choices to see the full effect. Fitting was perfect and I am so pleased with the result, way better than I imagined!! Fantastic experience and superb customer service - thank you all so much!

Awesome bunch of Lads. Took a brand new set of wheels to get tyres fitted too, they checked them over for damage with me and then fitted the tyres with great care. All the staff are friendly and helpful and knowledgeable.

Brilliant advice and service. Would definitely recommend. Had 4 x 17” Rhino Warlords with Faulken Wildpeak 235/65/17 tyres fitted today. T6.1 now looks stunning, ride is much more comfortable, and am less likely to destroy the tyres on poor quality roads than with the previous 275/45/20s.
